This month we’re excited to announce three new starters to the Nexus team who are joining us on the service desk and helping to support our clients.
Firstly, we’d like to welcome Miles Buffery to Nexus. Having previously worked as an IT Technician for Sitel, Miles comes to us with great IT and customer service skills so we’re keen to see what he’s going to bring to the Nexus team when he joins us as a Service Delivery Analyst.
On his CV, Miles says he enjoys going to the gym, bouldering, cooking, chess and boxing – we’re not sure what bouldering is but we’re sure to find out soon!
Also joining our service delivery team, we welcome Konrad Kozlowski.
Konrad joins us with experience of working in an internal IT department role with Mercedes-Benz South West. Prior to that he completed a qualification equivalent to A-Level IT Technician so we’re looking forward to helping him develop and grow his skill-set and experience.
Originally from Poland, Konrad has lived in Exeter for about 18 months and commutes to work on his snazzy-looking e-scooter!
Finally, we welcome Joshua Anderson, who previously worked for another local IT service provider and has joined our service desk as a Service Delivery Analyst.
He joined us on 13th December and picked a good week to start as we had our Christmas celebrations, which was a fantastic chance to get to know each other better. That started with the Nexus Christmas present boxes and quiz, then we had a great night out and we certainly opened his eyes to what the Nexus culture is all about!
We’re thrilled to have them all on board and look forward to what the future holds for the Nexus team.
