Client: Key Organics is a leading supplier of specialist chemical compounds to the global pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemical research industries. With customers around the world relying on uninterrupted access to critical systems, the business required an infrastructure platform that would remain reliable, secure and cost-effective for years to come.
Like many organisations, Key Organics had built its IT infrastructure over a number of years. Its VMware vSphere environment had served the business well, but changing licensing costs and the need to future-proof the infrastructure prompted a review of alternative virtualisation platforms.
