Welcoming Josh Bradley – Our New Virtual CIO

Secondly, we’re thrilled to introduce Josh Bradley as our new Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO). With 14 years of experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector, Josh brings a wealth of strategic and technical knowledge to our team.

In his role, he will work closely with clients to align IT strategies with their business objectives, ensuring technology is not just a support function but a driving force for growth and efficiency.

Introducing Tom Le – Central Support Specialist

We’re excited to have Tom Le join us as our new Central Support Specialist. His role is focused on proactively enhancing and maintaining the technical elements of our managed service portfolio, helping to improve efficiency and accuracy across our support offerings.

Tom’s expertise will ensure that the tools we use are fit for purpose and deliver the desired outcomes, making our managed services even more effective.

Tom will proactively manage our remote monitoring solutions, fine-tuning them to boost client infrastructure performance and availability. He’s also responsible for improving workflows by identifying and automating manual processes where possible, ensuring smoother operations for both Nexus and our clients. Additionally, Tom will oversee software patching and maintenance, ensuring that our clients’ systems are up-to-date, secure, and compliant with standards like Cyber Essentials and ISO27001.

With a focus on creating clear, concise documentation and facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, Tom is set to make a significant impact on the efficiency and reliability of our managed services.

New Technical Alignment Managers – Driving Efficiency and Security

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we’ve also seconded four existing IT engineers into new roles as Technical Alignment Managers (TAMs). These specialists will work closely with our clients to bring their IT infrastructure up to a defined standard, focusing on efficiency, stability, and cybersecurity.

Our TAMs will regularly attend client sites, conducting in-depth technical assessments to identify and resolve any gaps or vulnerabilities. This hands-on approach ensures that clients’ IT environments are secure, reliable, and running at peak performance. The role is all about consistency – making sure every client benefits from the same high standards of IT support and ongoing improvement.
