The Health Care Trust had a specific requirement for a local IT training provider who could deliver a customised IT training programme that would enable their technical team to support the deployment of Microsoft SharePoint 2010.
Nexus were selected to supply the training from its IT Training Centre in Exeter. A Nexus training sales consultant worked closely with the technical team at the Trust to determine the particular goals of the organisation and the individual needs of the IT personnel who would attend the Microsoft SharePoint training courses.
Over a period of 5 months a customised programme of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 End User, InfoPath 2010 and SharePoint 2010 Designer training courses were successfully delivered to members of the Trust's technical team. To ensure continuity and consistency for the delegates, Nexus ensured that the training courses were undertaken by the same Microsoft Certified Trainer.
The Microsoft SharePoint training courses delivered by Nexus were extremely successful and this was supported by candidate's positive course evaluations. Guy Boosey, Web Services Programme Manager at the Trust Guy adds "It made it so much easier for our team to use a local provider who had knowledge in this specialist area. For us, it was a huge benefit to be able to tailor our course requirements, ensuring we covered exactly the areas we needed to know. Nexus were fantastic at using trainers who had not only the technical knowledge we required, but also real-world experience in implementing these technologies".
